Vivian "Elaine" Smith Marshall , a lifetime resident of Oklahoma, died Monday, October 11, 2004. She was born January 1, 1943 in Oklahoma City. Elaine graduated from Choctaw High School and spent her working years as a bookkeeper/accountant. Her favorite pastime was fishing.

Survivors include her companion of 20 years, Mr. Don Williams of Spencer; daughter, Genene Marshall ; son, Scott Marshall and grandson, James Gwatney, Jr. all of OKC; sisters, Carolyn Dugger of OKC and Judith Stone and her husband, David, of Choctaw ; mother, Donelle Weeden of Spencer; uncle, Jerry, and his wife, Evelyn Smith, of Guthrie and several nieces and nephews of Oklahoma. Her father, Harold Jack Smith, preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 14, at the Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw, OK.
