McCall,
Eric, 16, chose to die August 12, 1992, not realizing how very
special he was or how much he was loved and needed by his family
and many wonderful friends. To everyone who reads this, please,
if you are are contemplating choosing death over life-talk to
someone now. Tell them you feel alone and allow their love,
friendship and guidance to help you, now-not tomorrow, but right
now please.
Eric was born November 6, 1975, in Hutchinson, Kansas. He
attended Del City High School and was a member of the band and
cross Country track team. He was an avid cyclist and outdoors
person. Previously, he attended Del Crest Jr. High.
He is survived at home by his parents: Ron & Linda McCall, Del
City, and one brother, Aaron. Two married sisters: Dena & Blaze
Wegle, Pratt, Ks. and Cristina & Lance Umbarger and their son,
Cameron of Fayetteville, Ark. Grandparents: Eldon & Winona
McCall, McPherson, Ks; Leonard Willinger, Cunningham, KS: and a
great-grandmother; Clara Willinger, Cunningham, KS.
Services will be held Monday, August 17, 1992 at Bill Eisenhour
Southeast Chapel with burial at
Elmwood
Cemetery, Choctaw, Ok. Memorial donations may be made to
Oklahoma Easter Seals.
