Services for L.N. Nyswonger, 95, on Jones were held Sunday at the Jones Assembly of God Church with burial in the Jones IOOF Cemetery, under the direction of Baggerly Funeral Home, Edmond. He died Thursday at his home in Jones. A native of Warren county, Iowa, Nyswonger moved to Jones in 1903 and was a farmer prior to his retirement.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Laura McCoy of Jones: a sister, Mrs. Tina Phillips; two brothers, G.C. and E.S. all of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and seven great, great grandchildren.[also see Luella Kay Nyswonger obit]
