Shirley Marie Payton -Nelson, 52, of Patrick, AR, died Tuesday, April 23, 2002 at her home. She was born June 16, 1949 in Oklahoma City, OK to Leroy Earl and Marcia Payton.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory Nelson, her son, Michael Weed of Oklahoma City, OK, her daughter, Brandi L. Miles of Memphis, TN and her granddaughter, Rachelle Billington of Memphis, TN. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 27, 2002 at Patrick Co. Cemetery with Mr. Paul Woodhouse officiating under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel.
