Monika Perkins , age 57, of Choctaw, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 29, 1998. She was born on Sept. 30, 1940 in Alexandersbad, Germany and came to the U.S. in 1957. She was a production supervisor at Dana Wix OKC, where she worked for over 20 yrs. Monika loved her grandchildren & loved to shop.

She is survived by 3 sons, James Brian Perkins & wife, Michelle, McLoud, Shon Perkins and wife, Darlene, McLoud, Monroe Perkins and wife, Christina, Choctaw; 4 grandchildren, Christopher, Katie, Colby, & Gavin; 1 brother, Bernd Mayr, Munchen, Germany; 3 sisters, Margot Roberts, Grand Island, NY, Magda Kresch, Westerham, Germany & Barbara Niederhofer, Munchen, Germany.

Preceded in death by her parents, Elli and Ludwig Ponader & husband, James Tex Perkins. Services will be 2:00 pm Mon., Oct. 5, Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel with interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw.
