Police were en route to a domestic dispute in the parking lot
of Crestwood Baptist Church when someone called back to report
gunfire. Officers were too late.
Timothy Pershica,
31, shot his ex-wife, 28, several times with a handgun and then
killed himself with the gun.
"They (officers) could not get there in time to save them,"
police Capt said.
