Antonie Frances Tlapak , age 83, passed away Sunday, Sept. 8, 1985 at 3pm, in the home of her daughter, Mary Poirier in Portage IN. She was born in Prachovicich u Herman Mestce Czechoslovakia, May 24, 1902 to Emannel and Marie Hlavacek.

She was married to Joe Tlapak in Czechoslovakia and they came to Okla. City in 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She had 4 children, James of Dallas TX, Mary Poirier of Portage IN, Joe and Tom of OKC; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 1pm, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Father Michael Chapman and Rev. James W. Davenport will officiate. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, directed by Capitol Hill Funeral Home.
