Survived by his wife, DeAnna of the home, 2 sons, Justin & Derek both of Choctaw, his mother, Virginia of Nicoma Park and a sister, Pamela Tyra of Nicoma Park. Preceded in death by his father, Edward and a brother Terry. Services will be 2:00 PM , Monday, August 10, 1992 at the Bill Eisenhour N.E. Chapel with burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
