MOTHER IS DEAD;
DAUGHTER ILL
Mrs. A. C. WEICKER HAD BEEN SICK FOR PAST TWO YEARS.
Mrs. Lucy A. Weicker, 101
East Fifth street, died Friday evening at 6 o'clock of
paralysis. She had been afflicted with the disease for two
years. Mrs. Weicker was 49 years of age. Mrs. Weicker was the
wife of A. C. Weicker, president of the 0 K. Transfer and
Storage Company of Oklahoma City. Besides her husband, she
leaves a son, Robert, and a daughter, 0llie. The daughter 14
years old is in the Mercy hospital in Chicago for an operation
and will not be present at the funeral. Mrs. Weicker was a
prominent member of the Order of Eastern Star.
The funeral
service will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the
residence, conducted by the Rev. N. T. Gordon, pastor of the
Maywood Presbyterian church. The pallbearers will be S. P.
Bennett, Oscar D. Halsell, Hugh Donnelly, G. H. Lynds, Joe
Severns and H. F. Croyle. Interment will be at
Fairlawn
cemetery.
