| Clifford L. Whitaker,
64, longtime resident of Midwest City, passed away January 10, 1990
in Shasta County, CA. Mr. Whitaker was born in Venus, TX and had
been a sheet metal mechanic for 35 years. He was a Methodist, veteran
of WWII, and a member of the American Legion and VFW at El Reno.
Survivors include his wife, Julie of the home, 2 daughters, Elaine
Spencer of McLoud, Karen Flippo of OKC, a stepdaughter, Faye Haley
of Shasta County, CA, a son, Sam Whitaker of MWC, 2 stepsons, J.D.
Hogue of Shasta County and Gary Hogue of OKC, 2 sisters, Kirk Burgin
of Commerce, TX, Annette Whitaker of Midlothian, TX, 16
grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m.
Monday in the Bill Merritt Chapel with
interment in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
