SLOAN Shirley Ann, 60, of Jones, OK passed away March 8, 2010. She was born on December 22, 1949 to Alvin and Elaine (Haury) Turnage in Oklahoma City, OK. She was a member of Jones First Baptist Church and worked in the banking industry as a teller. Her family came first in her life with her grandchildren being the joy of her life and she enjoyed boating and reading.

She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her loving husband, Danny Sloan; one son, Chris Sloan and wife Dusti of Broken Arrow, OK; one daughter, Rachel Blevins and husband Philip of Crescent, OK; three grandchildren, Philip Blevins, III, Ryan Sloan and Tyler Sloan; her mother, Elaine Turnage of Jones, OK; three sisters, Sharon Chase of Jones, OK, Kathy Spitz of Greenville, SC and Pam Eeds of Jones, OK.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Jones First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK.
