JOHNSTON, CHARLES A, born October 4, 1909, passed away peacefully in Tulsa, OK on April 25, 2003. As General Agent of the Texas and Pacific Railroad, he helped move the troops during World War II. He was a member of the Rotary Club, the Kiwanis Club, the Dallas Athletic Club and served as president of the Dallas Traffic Club in 1950. He was an avid golfer, a talented do-it-your-selfer, and often entertained family and friends with his beautiful organ music. He was a loving husband to Margaret for sixty five years and is survived by his daughter Anne, grandchildren David and Stephanie and six wonderful great-grandchildren.
