Mr. Jasper P. Cox Jr., 75, Tulsa, died Monday at Hillcrest Medical Center.

Services will be 10:30 am Thursday at Red Fork Baptist church with the Rev. Tom Shaw officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the directions of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sep 14, 1911, in Sapulpa. He was vice president of Warner Lewis Co. until 1956.

Mr. Cox then owned Southwest Steel Co. After selling the business, he returned to Warner Lewis as an industrial engineer. He retired as chief estimator for Yuba Heat Transfer Co. in 1973.

He had lived in Tulsa since 1949, was a member of Red Fork Baptist Church, Delta Masonic Lodge 425 and was a 32nd degree mason in the Guthrie Consistory.

Survivors include wife Marie; son Ron of Baton Rouge, La.; sister Mrs. Virginia Wildey of Sapulpa; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services for Mr. Jasper P. Cox will be 10:30 Thursday at Red Fork Baptist Church, Tulsa, with the Revs. Tom Shaw and Garnet Cole officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers will be Bob Helm, Jack Simmonds, Gerald Williams, Gerald Fowler, Stephen Fowler and Gilbert Jones.

The family requests donations be made to the Red Fork Baptist Church Fund for needy children, 2821 W. 40th, Tulsa, in lieu of remembrances.
