EDELMAN

KIEFER—Mr. James (Jim) Edelman Sr., 82, Kiefer, died Tuesday in his home from an apparent heart attack.

Graveside services will be 2 pm Friday at Mounds Cemetery, Mounds, with the Rev. Harvey Wilson officiating under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Edelman was born Aug 15, 1904, in Indian Territory, Okla.

He was a Kiefer-Mounds resident since 1931 having moved there from Carnegie, Okla.

Mr. Edelman was retired from the construction business and managed a lumber yard in Mounds.

Survivors include wife Wreatha; sons James Jr. of Kiefer and John of Sapulpa; daughter Wreatha Prichard of Sapulpa; brother Dan of Crowder, Okla.; sisters Mary Anderson of McAlester, Okla., Ellen Giles of Los Angeles and Flossie Watts of Alma, Neb.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will be headquartered at the home of James Jr., 48 N. Mary, Kiefer.

MOUNDS — Graveside services for James E. (Jim) Eldelman Sr. were today at Mounds Cemetery with the Rev. Harvey Wilson officiating.

Burial was under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Edelman, a long time resident of the Mounds-Kiefer area, died Tuesday at his home in Kiefer.
