Some of these districts are in two counties and names will be listed in both counties.  Try different spellings to find surname.  Also look up first name as last name if all else fails.  Cross or uncross t's.  L's & T's look alike. P's & F's look alike, etc.  Members of each household have the same family number in the census.

For proff get photostatic copy of original census page from the Historical Society.  This book(from which this data was taken) has not had final proofreading.
