9.30am Saturday at Baggerly Funeral Home, Edmond, with burial at the
Choctaw cemetery for James W. Goyer, 88, of Jones, who died Wednesday in
an Oklahoma City hospital.
Born in 1866 in Bowling Green, KY, he came to
Oklahoma in 1889 from Kansas. Goyer was a retired farmer and a member of
the Christian church at Jones.
Survivors are three daughters,
Mrs. Mattie
Wallace, 1312 NE 40; Mrs. Frankie Vinayard, Jones and Mrs.
Beatrice Clodfelter, Snyder; son Marion Goyer,
Luther; a brother L. A. Goyer, Chandler; sister, Mrs. Bertha Cunningham,
Choctaw; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
