CLARK, ROBINSON, STONE posted by peggySTONE SMITH on Friday, March 13, 1998: Looking for a JOE ROBINSON that lived in Jackson Co. in the year 1920. He was a farmer. I think he was related to my father L.L. STONE. We have always believed he was born in Snyder, Texas. I could not find a connection to Texas at that time. So, I am thinking that the Snyder is in Oklahoma since that is where the family of Herman STONE was living. Herman STONE is the son of CLARK and EVA (ROBINSON) STONE. Needing a connection between JOE ROBINSON AND EVA ROBINSON STONE.

His name was Joe Edward WRIGHT. b. approx. 1920 d. approx. 1953. He was in California when he died. He went to grade school in Altus, OK. He completed the 4th grade in 1929. His father's name was Fred Edward WRIGHT and his mother was Susan (Susie) GRAHAM - WRIGHT. Their migration path is: OK>TX>AZ>CA Old family story of Fred Edward WRIGHT tells of courting Susie GRAHAM-WRIGHT on his horse called Popeye (because the horse only had one eye). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Carla was born in Duke, Oklahoma 11/17/1945, Judy was born 06/17/1947. Other children born to Jim Strain. Ola Faye (Ennis, Fry, Strain) died in 1965. Any info is appreciated.

Just found out he died March 1985 in Eagle Point, OR. He was born 24 July 1910 New Bedford MA. Married 30 Jan 1937 to Thelma Wilkinson.
