PARKER posted by Lee Parker on Tuesday, February 13, 2001

My Grandmother Mary Jane Parker was buried in the Headrick Cemetery on June 7, 1934. I have located and visited the cemetery but there was no stone marking her grave site. Is there a record available to help me locate the actual unmarked grave? There are many of my family members that would like to visit her grave just to leave a wreath or some momento. Also if it is possible to locate the actual grave site I will place a Grave stone at her grave.

I am searching for the burial place of my g'grandmother, Esther Carolyn (Stegall)CHRISTENBERRY, widow of Haywood Christenberry. Haywood was buried in New Mexico in 1929 and I have reason to believe Esther came to Altus to live with her daughter, Bitha Christenberry LAWSON. I believe her death date would be 1930-1940. Bitha died in 1963. I would also like to know where Bitha is buried. Also dates and burial places of her husband, Ernest LAWSON, and daughters,"Bill" Lawson KIMBROUGH, and Frances Lawson TIPTON.
