Elkouri Adel, 85, passed away Jan. 1, 1983 at Mercy Health Center after a brief illness.

Survivors include daughters, Coleta Elkouri , Victoria Finley, Margaret Harris, Lucille Cox, sons, Frank Elkouri and Jim Elkouri , 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Tresagion prayer service will be held at Smith & Kernke at 7:30 P.M. Monday January 3. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 4 at St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church with interment to follow at Fairlawn Cemetery.

David Elkouri died Sunday at Deaconess Hospital.

Prayers of Mercy will be Monday at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday at St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church with burial  to follow at Fairlawn Cemetery.

Elkouri a native of Lebanon moved to Brinkman in 1906 and came to Oklahoma City in 1943 after living in Byron, Wichita, Kan., Synder, Chickasha and Anadarko. He was a retired Tinker Air Force Base employee and a member of St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Adel; four daughters, Coleta Elkouri , Mrs. Merle (Victoria) Finley, Mrs. B. Exton (Margaret) Harris, Mrs. Richard E. (Lucille) Cox, Jr., all of Oklahoma City; two sons, Frank Elkouri of Norman and Jim R. Elkouri of Los Angeles, Calif., a brother, and three sisters, all of Lebanon.
