Where to obtain Choctaw County
Marriage records?

Oklahoma marriage records are held at the county level. Marriage records after statehood (1907) are located in the County Clerk's office on the third floor of the
Choctaw County Courthouse

If your ancestor was on the Dawes rolls, you may find a pre-statehood marriage certificate in their dawes census packet.

Be sure to also check neighboring counties particularly Lamar County, Texas.
